Dealer Management Services (DMS) is a UK based, market leader in providing computer systems and services to the motor trade in the UK and overseas. Every day more than a thousand people enjoy the benefits of using a DMS system, helping to sell more vehicles and improving their business control.
Formed in 1997, DMS has always been innovative in both product features and functionality. The current version Navigator, launched in 2006 maintains this tradition, and continues to offer customers, new and old, the same high quality design and service, backed with the latest technology.
The company’s knowledge of the motor trade is unrivalled. Formed by motor dealers who wanted a system that worked the way they worked, and not having to use what others thought they wanted, it struck a chord with other motor dealers. This forms the basis of the way the system has been, and will be developed. Simon Verona, the Managing Director, is one of the founders of the company. Passionate about the need to reflect the clients requirements within the system without the familiar ‘what will this cost’ attitude of other suppliers, he commented “Our goal is to provide a high quality, functional product and service, to new and existing clients. For DMS the process starts with a client in the motor trade, big or small, purchasing one of our products. Our task starts then, providing a first class system and service in return for their investment”.
The company has grown steadily since its inception, and has well-established support, training and development teams. This enables DMS to respond to customer requirements within a changing market. By making use of the latest technology and systems available our aim is to lead the market in product innovation.
DMS customers include, independent dealership, solus franchised sites, through to multi-franchised groups and car supermarkets. With this range of clients, DMS supports the system interfaces and process requirements of the majority of UK franchises.
