Over 25 years of delivering systems to the Motor TradeDealer Management Services was formed in 1997, by two ex-directors of ADP's UK operation. This gives the two founder directors over 50 years combined experience in developing and delivering solutions to the Motor Trade. Both Directors have extensive experience of working in Motor dealerships, from technician through to Dealer Principal in over 25 years of direct Motor Trade experience. This means that DMS understands the motor trade. Continuous Free of Charge upgrade PolicyNavigator is an evolution of the original DMS product launched in 1997. All DMS customers have received free of charge upgrades to each Navigator module as it was launched. This is part of a deliberate policy to ensure that all customers always have the very latest version of software available. The result is that Navigator users receive up to 12 software updates per annum, each of which combine to ensure that they have the very latest features available. |
Highly Cost Effective
Navigator is aimed to be highly cost effective for dealers, both in terms of initial implementation costs and whole lifetime cost. Again, this is a deliberate policy of keeping customers for the long term and retaining ongoing income - a policy which has seen us safely through the current recession where many competitors have fallen by the wayside.
