Each Navigator installation starts with the assignment of an Implementation Consultant. His job is to oversee the complete implementation from

• System Setup
• Data Migration
• On-site Training
• Live Support
• Post Live Follow up

The Implementation team have extensive dealership background and are therefore able to advise not only on Navigator but also on dealership policies and procedural changes that may be required for best effect.

Data Migration

DMS are experts in migrating data from most of the common systems in use at dealers today. Data Migration is an important part of the implementation process and our aim is to transfer as much key information and reduce the requirement for re-keying to practically zero.
