The Navigator philosophy puts Marketing at the core of the whole system. Fed by all the other modules, the Marketing module enables analysis and follow-up action from any department.
High Qulaity Data Capture
Of course, high quality marketing totally depends on the quality of the data captured. Here Navigator ensures it is of the highest quality by utilising all possible sources of validated data such as Postcode addressing and Vehicle Recognition Mark (VRM) lookup, which can identify vehicles from the input of a registration. Whenever possible, standard methods of data structure and entry ensure the data is only entered once and user-defined drop-downs are utilised as widely as possible to further ensure fast, accurate input.
Once you have quality data, provided by the facilities that the Navigator system gives you, it is important to maintain it. Here again the Navigator system assists, by providing regular validation of the data against external data sources such as TPS, MPS, Bereavement and Gone-Away registers.

Point and click setup of Marketing selections make creating Marketing Campaigns, from simple "Select all customers with vehicles more than three years old" through to more sophisticated selections.
