The system utilises a unique Sales Toolkit at the centre of the vehicle stock, sales and vehicle marketing module. It takes the function of Sales and Marketing within Navigator to a new level, forming a fully integrated unit, which runs through the core of the system.

Replaces standalone Enquiry Managers

The Sales Toolkit can replace stand-alone Showroom Enquiry Management systems by encompassing a full Enquiry Manager, with integrated Stock Lookup and Sales Order Processing. Functionality for follow up and in-depth reporting are all included.

Fully integrated Dealership-wide Customer Database

The Navigator Enquiry Manager prospect database is integrated with the main customer database within Navigator, so that prospects from the Sales Department are available to other departments and existing Aftersales customers are available within the Sales Enquiry Manager.

Access to Stock Book

The Vehicle Toolkit manages the areas concerned with the stocking and sale of vehicles at both salesperson and dealership level. It enables your sales staff to manage their everyday activities, whilst at the same time providing an analysis of their activities to management.

Provides an Integrated Sales Process

Sales Enquiries and orders are processed logically through the system, with optional external data links where appropriate. HPI for example, is used for on-line vehicle and full finance checks. DMS has innovatively ensured that these external links are seamlessly incorporated as part of the deal process.
