Overview

The Navigator workshop system is one of the most comprehensive workshop management systems available. The system manages the Repair Order from appointment through to hand-over of the vehicle back to the customer

Technicians Clock

The Technician Clock accurately records technicians clocking into the workshop and on individual jobs giving accurate information of utilisation, efficiency and performance

Integrated CRM

Communication with the customer is supplemented by full SMS messaging services.

When the vehicle is released followup dates are automatically set, and if required, the vehicle is booked in for the next service, MOT, or other work that may be required in the intervening period. In addition, the receptionish can make a note to contact the customer at a specified future date to follow up on work that may be required in the future

Comprehensive Job Costing

In the job process the jobs are costed on a line-by-line / incident basis with parts being allocated to the appropriate line / incident on the job.

In depth Management

By monitoring the hours available, numbers of vehicles in on the day, the number of collections / returns, service, repair and MOT hours, along with recording sub-contract jobs, the Navigator system ensures you maximise your workshops potential.

The Workshop Manager is given a series of comprehensive reports which give full analysis of labour hours, labour charged, as well as an analysis of Parts and Sub contract sales
