The system utilises a unique Sales Toolkit at the centre of the vehicle stock, sales and vehicle marketing module. It takes the function of Sales and Marketing within Navigator to a new level, forming a fully integrated unit, which runs through the core of the system.

The Vehicle Toolkit manages the areas concerned with the stocking and sale of vehicles at both salesperson and dealership level. It enables your sales staff to manage their everyday activities, whilst at the same time providing an analysis of their activities to management. A versatile diary and demonstration booking facility is linked to customer contact management, with address and phone book control, all leading to the deal.

The deal is processed logically through the system, with optional external data links where appropriate. HPI for example, is used for on-line vehicle and full finance checks. DMS has innovatively ensured that these external links are seamlessly incorporated as part of the deal process.

e-DMS is the systems facility to automatically upload your web site with your designated vehicle stock. You control the process. Your web site will never be out of date, and web updates to third parties, including Autotrader, Fish 4 Cars, and others, are all included.
