Members of DMS staff try to visit their clients on a regular basis. At these visits a view on the client’s use of Navigator is gained and advice on training requirements, procedural changes and system shortcuts is given.
Often if a number of staff changes have been made, or changes to the peoples roles has taken place, DMS will be called in to provide an ‘outsiders’ view to the company. In so doing DMS can suggest changes which will be of benefit. In addition where franchise demands mean excessive work has to be undertaken to provide information for example, DMS will advise how best to use the system.
