Training Overview
In the initial phases of installation, the DMS training and consultancy team will work alongside your staff to ensure that they have a good understanding of the basic tasks within the dealership. However, over the long term, a shrewd dealership will utilise the skills of DMS's Training and Consultancy staff to expand on their usage of the system and implement changes within their business to increase efficiency, profitability and customer service.
- DMS training and consultancy staff all have dealership background and are therefore able to advise not only on the DMS system but also in the dealership policies and procedural changes that may be required for best effect.
- DMS customers are all assigned a dedicated consultancy team to look after them.
- Staff can receive high-quality training that is targeted towards existing dealership procedures.
- Whilst most training will take place during the initial phases of DMS implementation, ongoing training and consultancy is available during all stages of the use of the DMS system.
- Training is available either on-site or at one of three regional DMS training centres strategically based in Leeds, Luton and Bristol.
