Jane runs daily reports from Navigator and it has become central to her marketing of the business.  As she says, “following up the database is the most important part of the business” and we can’t argue with that.

Luscombe Motors’ Suzuki parts department is the No. 1 in the UK dealer network and its Mitsubishi parts business is approaching that status. Group parts manager Aziz Ahmed knows more than most the importance of having a DMS that is thorough, efficient and – importantly – simple to use.
