The summer of 2015 is proving to be the busiest in DMS Navigator’s history, with the company recording its biggest-ever number of new signings. MD Simon Verona says the company hit 25% of its annual sales target in just one week of July.
“The upswing in the UK motor trade is being reflected in increased investment in leading edge systems which deliver greater return from each customer,” says Verona. “This is why so many dealerships are upgrading or switching their DMSs to Navigator. We are now in the Premier League of DMS suppliers and this summer has seen us achieve over 25% of our annual sales targets in just one week. Across 2015 as a whole monthly sign-ups are double what they were in 2014.
“We are regularly beating other major players such as CDK and Pinewood now when we go head-to-head with them.
“DMS Navigator is now in use across the UK, in many major franchises, including Ford, Renault, Mitsubishi, Suzuki and Volkswagen.
“One of the key issues we’re discussing with dealers is the fact we offer free upgrades throughout the life of the DMS, so dealers feel they receive far greater value when they switch to Navigator.”
DMS Navigator has appointed a new implementation team and its work rate is helping to accelerate the company’s growth.
Says Simon Verona: “Our new team has been put in place to make sure Navigator customers always get quick and helpful service – even though we now have a lot more customers. It’s working well and we’re looking forward to 2015 ending as our best year ever.”
