Sometimes awards are like buses…so it’s particularly pleasing to see that not one but three Navigator DMS users have scooped up multiple national awards recognising their excellence in retail skills and service. Carbase, Luscombe Motors and Mike Brewer Motors all share their use of the Navigator DMS in common and we raise our hats to them all.

Carbase were proud winners in the Motor Trader Industry Awards 2018. Selected from thousands of UK car dealerships, Carbase won the prestigious Most Improved Dealership of the Year Award – a stunning accolade for a dealership that has made great strides in the South West.
Carbase credits the reason for winning as its ability to utilise the power of digital to improve the customer journey.
Our friends at Carbase were also winners in the Auto Trader Retailer Awards 2018, this time for the Business Initiative of the Year. The dealership’s excellent understanding of consumer purchase behaviour and how access to information has changed the relationship between the buyer and the seller was highlighted at the awards ceremony.
Meanwhile, over at Mike Brewer Motors, which operates in Sheffield and Luton, the 2018 Auto Trader Retailer Award also brought success, this time in the Best Online Experience Award category.
Collecting the award, Director John Tustin, said: “With our customers telling us that they are happier than ever to purchase online, we are confident that our strategy to move further into the digital space will create a robust and future-proofed business that is highly relevant to our customers’ needs.”
Leeds-based Luscombe Motors won two accolades as Auto Trader rewarded the efforts of the UK’s best car dealers at its 11th annual Retailer Awards.
Luscombe Suzuki and Mitsubishi won the Customer Choice Award, as well as the most prestigious category of the event, Retailer of the Year. These awards come on the back of winning the Automotive Management Excellence in Customer Service 2018 award and the Auto Industry Excellence Franchised Dealership Excellence Award 2018.
Says MD Robin Luscombe: “Winning the Customer Choice Award was a brilliant reward in recognition of the volume and content of reviews we receive on many different channels, and that alone would have been great, but then to win the Retailer of the Year Award was just simply amazing! To be voted the best out of 13,000 dealers was very emotional, and I’ve never felt the same with any other award.”
